What are the main health problems in your country?

Before:
Indonesia is a country located at the equatorial, tropical climate with two seasons: the rainy season and dry season.

In the rainy season, a lot of standing water (puddle) in clogged gutters, thus inviting mosquitoes to lay their eggs there. The result,  often arise dengue fever, cikungunya and diarrheal diseases, from eating foods that are not clean, because dirty water.

In the hot dry season, the immune system tends to decrease. In addition, dry air, reduced water resources, a lot of flies and dust. Skin and respiratory diseases that often appear in the season.

So that's some of the health problems that occur.

What things to do people to protect their health?

Before:
Start small, because of the small things that you become accustomed to this, such as cleaning hands before eating, used to drink water every day, avoid high cholesterol foods such as organ meats, padang food (many curry) and fried food.

Use a disposable cooking oil, because oil is used more than twice is not healthy, saturated fat will appear in there as the cause of cholesterol, do sports to move your body and do not forget to brush your teeth before bed.

It's the little things to do to protect your health.

Start small, because of the small stuff, you turn out to be accustomed to those. Such as washing your hands before consume fare, habituate to gulp water every day, keep away from lofty cholesterol foods such as limb meats, padang cooking  and fried foodstuff.

Use a disposable cooking oil, because oil which is used more than two times is not healthy, saturated fat will materialize in there as the source of cholesterol, do exercise to shift your body and do not fail to remember to brush your teeth before bed.

It's a little things to do to protect your health.

The dwelling is undersized
I desire to own a better environment to breathe

Using Conjunctions:
I stay in a private house but the dwelling is undersized and I desire to own a better environment to breathe, hopefully one day I will.

Before:
My school is very large
There were hundreds of children at my school
It was impossible to know everyone at the school
I did not known all the teachers

After:
My institution is tremendous
There were hundreds of kids at this place
It was impractical to be acquainted with each person at the school
I did not well-known every one of the teachers

Using Conjunctions:
My institution is tremendous and hundreds of kids, there, so that was impractical to be acquainted with each person and also I did not well-known every teacher.

Using Conjunctions:

Which do you think is more important health or money?
Hmm, well, this is the tough question I guess.

(1) But if we compare both of them, health is the necessary condition while money is the sufficient condition. We need both of them, in order to live happily . But as you can see, the necessary condition is always more important.
(2) There is not enough money in the world to buy excellent health. It is priceless. You can ask any wealthy person who is confined to a wheelchair or dying of cancer. I think they have the same answer.
(3) But however; through the hard work, you can always earn more money, so a good health is far more important than money.

Why is it important to stay healthy?
OK, right now we discuss about the healthiness topic..

(1) It is important to keep yourself healthy because good health leads to everything good that happen in your life.
(2) It makes you feel confident, conscious, alert and awake.
(3) Being healthy is not just for a good image towards others but it is a life giver.
(4) Without a healthy well-being, you may be prone to all kinds of sickness.
(5) You would easily become weak and could not do other things. That is why health is the most important thing you must take care and protect.
